TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES
IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of Mattresses and More warranty:
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS*
Return/Cancellation Policy:
Custom Items: Mattresses and More LLC does not accept returns or cancellations on any ordered products once the order has been placed. Mattresses and More LLC does not accept returns on any custom product ordered.

Non-Custom Items: For any non-custom items, Mattresses and More LLC will accept cancellation for a refund if the item has not been shipped from the main distribution center.
If the item has been shipped and/or delivered, the following cancellation policy and procedures must be followed: any cancellations or returns of non custom product require a 30% re-stocking fee. This fee is 30% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding taxes. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Clearance/Sale/Discounted Items: Clearance, Sale, and Discounted items cannot be cancelled. Clearance, Sale, and Discounted items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be made on prior sales.
*Some states have laws which differ from the above policies.

PAYMENT POLICY
Mattresses and More LLC does not offer credit. Merchandise is paid for by cash, credit card or third-party financing options at the time of purchase and/or pick-up from the Mattresses and More LLC location. Payment must be received at the time order is placed prior to receiving order confirmation or delivery schedule.

ONLINE/WEB ORDER MANAGEMENT
Web orders are handled through your local Mattress and More LLC retailer, whose contact information you’ll receive in your order acknowledgement email. This local team may contact you to discuss your specific order details and to give you order updates. To expedite service, all order questions should be directed to the Mattress and More LLC retailer handling your order.
ONLINE PRICING & PURCHASING POLICY
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

IN-STORE PRICING & PURCHASING POLICY
In-store pricing and purchase of merchandise is as marked or quoted by sales staff at time of purchase. Purchase of sale and/or clearance items are final unless otherwise stated or written on the sales agreement or on the sales receipt. In-Store purchases may be paid by cash, credit card or approved financing options at time of purchase. Once the merchandise is paid for at the time of purchase, qualified delivery and setup is offered within a fifty-mile radius of the store.
SCHEDULING DELIVERY
Once your pieces are available, your local Mattress and More store will call to schedule delivery. One to two days beforehand, you’ll be given a 3 hour window for when you can expect your furniture. Due to complicated delivery schedules, Mattresses and More LLC is not able to guarantee a specific delivery time and is only able to accommodate rescheduling of delivery with 48 hours advanced notice.

IN-STORE PICKUPS
If you have elected to pick-up your pieces in-store, for safety reasons, store staff will not be able to load or secure furniture in your vehicle - please bring any necessary support. Some items may require customer assembly and pickup times may vary by location.
PREPARATION
Before ordering, measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable.
All old furniture should be removed prior to delivery and a pathway should be cleared through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed. Communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to access.

DELIVERY
Our professionally trained delivery team will unwrap, place, and assemble your new furniture in the appropriate room, with the exception of cribs (which are delivered boxed and require customer assembly). Our team cannot rearrange or remove existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors or wall art.
